Pricing

By far, the most common question we answer is how much it costs to engage us. Generally, the range for services is between $35 and $500 per hour.  We know that’s a wide range; if you need 10 hours of consulting, vs 10 hours of social media management that’s a difference of over $1,000.  Unfortunately, there isn’t a blanket price we can put on services since there are so many variables that we offer.  We have different base rates for various types of work. (For example, a highly complicated cybersecurity issue may cost you more than a simple help desk issue. For example, during a Cisco BE6K deployment, you may pay $350 per hour for the time spent implementing the infrastructure for the solution. However, if you also use us to set up individual desk phones, we may charge closer to $150 per hour for that specific portion of the job.  Why? Setting up desk phones doesn’t require the same skill and expertise as building a BE6K solution from the ground up.  On the other hand, security risk assessments are a highly technical service that requires a high level of expertise. The price of this service reflects that.  Our rate structure for our most comprehensive security risk assessment is per user, with a minimum expense of $15,000.  Other work-related factors include the size of your IT environment, the scope of work, and your level of involvement. We will determine if any of these drive the price up or down. However, you can use these tables to understand better what end of that range you would fall.  Here are some of the components you’ll want to consider:
